HV Hospitality, Hili Ventures’ hospitality arm, has continued bulking up its leadership and governance teams with the appointment of Christian Borg as Financial Controller. 

As Financial Controller, Mr Borg has been tasked with overseeing HV Hospitality’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring accurate reporting, fiscal discipline, and alignment with the Group’s growth objectives.

He will also provide financial oversight for flagship HV developments, including the Six Senses Comino hotel and high-end boutique hotels in Valletta.

Mr Borg has considerable experience in this field, having previously worked as Financial Controller for Hyatt Centric, the Bay Street Group, and the JUEL Group.

His appointment comes as HV Hospitality announced a new composition of its board to support its next phase of growth. 

The Board will be chaired by Hili Ventures COO Annabel Hili, with Winston J Zahra, Mark Vella and Michael Agius serving as directors alongside Hili Ventures CEO Melo Hili.
