Alan Grima has concluded his tenure as CEO of Dhalia Real Estate Services after ten years of leadership. Mr Grima will now take the role of Director of Marketing and IT. In a message on LinkedIn, Mr Grima reflected on an extraordinary journey filled with challenges and achievements, emphasising the importance of the people he worked with.
“The journey has been extraordinary, full of challenges and accomplishments,” he said, adding that working with his dedicated team was one of the defining aspects of his leadership. Mr Grima feels privileged and grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside such talented individuals, with whom he believes Dhalia will continue to thrive.
After serving 10 years as CEO, the decision for a leadership change was made collectively within the company to drive Dhalia Real Estate Services toward new growth. While stepping down from the CEO role, Alan Grima will take on a new position as Director of Marketing & IT, embracing fresh challenges and opportunities. He looks forward to contributing to the company’s success in a different capacity and supporting its continued evolution.
Dhalia Real Estate Services was founded in 1991 by veteran entrepreneur Chris Grech, who saw the potential in Malta’s real estate sector. Over the years, the company has grown into one of the country’s leading agencies, offering a wide range of services, including property sales, rental services, and property management.
In his message, Mr Grima extended his heartfelt thanks to his colleagues, partners, and clients. “A huge thank you goes to my colleagues, partners, and friends,” he said. “Thank you for the memories, the experiences, the support, your patience, and, of course, the incredible ride we’ve shared.”
