Following its Annual General Meeting, Plaza Centres plc announced the appointment of a new Director, Alfredo Munoz Perez, to its board.
Mr Munoz Perez has occupied the role of Director General at MAPFRE Inmeubles (Real Estate) in Madrid since January 2021. He joined the MAPFRE Group in 1998 and has since held several executive positions, including President and CEO of Mapfre Middlesea plc between 2011 and 2015.
He joins Directors Prof. Emanuel P. Delia, Charles J. Farrugia, Brian R. Mizzi, Gerald J. Zammit and Etienne Sciberras on the board of Plaza Centres. Meanwhile, David Curmi and Alan Mizzi have stepped down from the board.
Mr Munoz Perez was also recently appointed to the board of MIDI Group plc.
