Lidion Bank has named its new Head of Business Development, Alina Ianculescu.

In a recent announcement shared via LinkedIn, Ms Ianculescu expressed her excitement about the new role and the journey ahead.

In her new role at Lidion Bank, Ms Ianculescu will be responsible for driving the bank’s strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on identifying new markets opportunities and long-term business development objectives.

Ms Ianculescu brings extensive experience in financial services, having previously spent nearly five years at Finance Incorporated Limited, where she held several senior management roles, showcasing expertise in banking products, client relationship management and credit solutions.

Her earlier career includes serving as a Corporate Relationship Manager at Banca Transilvania, as well as management roles at UniCredit Bank Romania.

Ms Ianculescu holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, and Finance.

Earlier this year, the Lidion Bank successfully completed the issuance of €5 million in 6% unsecured subordinated callable bonds.
