ARQ Group has appointed seasoned executive Vanessa Borg as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking a significant milestone in the firm’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.
With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across a spectrum of industries, including gaming, financial services, professional advisory, insurance, hospitality, education and consultancy, Dr Borg joins ARQ with a well-established reputation for driving organisational transformation and operational efficiency.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, alongside an MPhil, MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Economics.
In her new role as COO, Dr Borg will oversee all internal operations within ARQ Group, with a particular focus on streamlining processes, enhancing organisational alignment, and strengthening the group’s overall structure.
