Maltese finance professional Bernard Caruana announced that he has been promoted to Manager within the Transactions & Corporate Finance team at EY-Parthenon in London.
Mr Caruana is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) who specialises in transactions and corporate finance and who has worked with EY-Parthenon since 2023.
EY-Parthenon is the strategy and transactions arm of professional services firm EY, providing services in areas including corporate finance, strategy, transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Caruana is based at the firm’s London office.
