Earlier today, Cyprus-based telecommunications company Cablenet, a subsidiary of GO, announced the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors with immediate effect.

The two new Non-Executive Directors are Cyprus residents Menelaos Shiacolas and Mario S. Kalochoritis.

Mr Shiacolas holds the position of Managing Director at CNS Group in Cyprus – a family group with holdings in real estate, dairy, telecommunications, hotels, and entertainment.

He also acts as director to several other companies, including CDB Bank, Cyprus Phassouri Plantations, Intercrated Casino Reports Cyprus, Charalambides Cristis, CTC and Ermes & AKS Hotels.

Mr Kalochoritis is a Financial Executive with over 20 years of international experience in investment and commercial banking, hedge fund and wealth management, private equity, corporate and structured finance, restructuring, and real estate investments.

He is presently the founder and Managing Partner of Loggerhead Partners – an independent advisory and management consulting firm operating from offices in Dubai, Nicosia, and Zurich.
