“This first investment into the Viennese real estate market marks a significant milestone for our company,” said Edmund Gatt Baldacchino, CEO of United Group, as the company expands into Vienna, Austria.

United Group has announced its expansion into Austria with the development of a luxury residential project in Vienna, situated in the Hietzing region. The project will comprise 24 high-end apartments, complete with an underground car park.

Hietzing “stands out for its family-friendly environment, characterized by front gardens, tree-lined avenues and abundant green spaces, including the iconic Schӧbrunn Palace, and Lainzer Tiergarten.”

Mr Gatt Baldacchino expressed his enthusiasm for this venture, stating: “The city’s diverse and vibrant cultural scene continues to attract people from all over the world. Vienna has experienced steady population growth over the last decade and offers a high standard of living. It has been voted the most liveable city to live in three years in a row. This augurs well for the real estate market.”

Highlighting the company’s strategic goals, he stated that United Group is pleased to embark on the project and diversify its activities into Austria.

“Our ambition is to establish ourselves in this market and develop business relationships that share our vision and our business principles,” Mr Gatt Baldacchino concluded.
