Chiara Hensel Ellul has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the Malta Marriott Resort & Spa.

“After 13 years as Director of Sales & Marketing, this role marks an exciting new chapter in my journey with a property that has evolved in truly remarkable ways,” she said.

“I’ve had the privilege of being part of an extraordinary transformation, from a major rebrand, extension and refurbishment, to a hotel opening, and ultimately our transition into a full resort.”

The Malta Marriott Resort & Spa is a 5-star newly refurbished luxury property located in St Julian’s, just metres from Balluta Bay beach. It features four restaurants, two bars, a full-service spa, fitness centre, and both indoor and outdoor pools.

Ms Hensel Ellul said she is grateful for the trust, support, and guidance of the hotel’s General Manager, Alex Incorvaja.

“His leadership throughout this journey has been instrumental and genuinely inspiring,” she added.

“I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Christopher Tabone who has also been a great mentor, his knowledge and passion for hospitality have left a lasting impact on both myself and the wider team.”
