Casumo Workplace Experience Manager Alison Lowell on Thursday emphasised the importance of having a strong support system to help out whenever one encounters a difficult situation.

Business leaders are faced with countless challenges on a daily basis. From unexpected resignations, to macroeconomic difficulties, such situations can take a toll on their mental wellbeing.

“In times of crisis, a strong support system can be your anchor in the storm,” Ms Lowell said.

“Life throws unexpected challenges at us, and it’s during these moments that we truly appreciate the value of a reliable support network,” she continued.

She explained that a support network can range from family members or friends, to colleagues or mentors. These relationships serve as a means for business leaders to gain “comfort, guidance, and strength”.

“Remember, it’s okay to lean on your support system when you need it most. And equally important, be there for others when they do,” Ms Lowell highlighted.

She concluded by saying that by working together through such issues, individuals can “weather any storm” that comes their way.

Ms Lowell has worked as Workplace Experience Manager at iGaming firm Casumo since the start of 2022, and she describes herself as “results-driven and passionate”. She has enriching experience in the corporate world, and has consistently focused on creating “a thriving and inclusive workplace environment that empowers individuals and teams to reach their full potential”.
