Ammar Soltan, Founder and Managing Director (MD) of eeetwell, on Monday hailed the determination and resilience of two employees that resulted in the brand’s expansion to France.

This came after Numa Forté and Guilhem Genre, who both came to Malta over a year ago and started their journeys at eeetwell in San Ġwann, set out on opening the first eeetwell restaurant in France, in the commune of Avignon. They started working behind the counter, yet they had their “sights set on something bigger”, and eventually took the leap into entrepreneurship through the launch of the new restaurant.

Recalling the journey, Mr Soltan noted that the pair were “aspiring for greater heights” ever since they joined eeetwell, and “demonstrated unwavering commitment to refining their culinary skills, tapping into professional guidance, and mastering a diverse range of seasonal flavours”.

“Their steadfastness and diligence have borne fruits”, he added, pointing towards the Avignon outlet’s launch.

“We are delighted to announce the inauguration of eeetwell France, which pledges to cater clients with a delectable selection of healthy food, juices, and smoothies,” he said.

Mr Soltan noted that Mr Forté and Mr Genre’s journey together highlights that “determination, paired with passion, can help achieve remarkable accomplishments”.

“Witnessing their success is truly awe-inspiring, and we look forward to seeing their continued growth and prosperity in the future,” he continued, before congratulating them on the “significant accomplishment”.

Mr Soltan founded the health food brand in 2015, and since then, it has grown extensively, with outlets spread across all corners of Malta, together with a presence in Belgium, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, and now also France. The brand prides itself on promoting a change in “the way people think about food”, encouraging healthier diets.
