Fiona Spiteri has joined local professional corporate services provider GCS Malta as HR Manager.
Founded in 2017 by CEO Christian Gravina, GCS Malta started out catering solely to accounting and assurance services. Over the years, however, the company has expanded to the accounting, advisory, audit, and corporate industries.
Ms Spiteri joins GCS Malta following a lengthy tenure at the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). Having joined the company in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant, Ms Spiteri consistently worked her way up, eventually occupying the roles of Recruitment Officer and Employee Business Partner.
Prior to that, she served as HR Assistant at Vassallo Builders Group Ltd for just over two years. Ms Spiteri received her HR Business Partner Certification from the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) back in December 2020.
