Ganado Advocates announced three new key promotions, effective as of the start of 2026.

Clement Mifsud-Bonnici and Philip Mifsud have been appointed Partners while Nadia Cassar has been made Of Counsel.

Mr Mifsud-Bonnici regularly leads complex, high stakes litigation involving Government contracts, competition law and shareholder litigation.

Mr Mifsud advises on M&A transactions, corporate governance and restructurings, IP & regulatory tech matters, as well as foreign direct investment issues.

Ms Cassar forms part of the insurance team and advises on legal and regulatory aspects to this field including M&A transactions, restructurings and ILS.

Their promotions follow the appointment of Matthew Bianchi as Managing Partner of the leading law firm.

Commenting on the promotions, Mr Bianchi said that they reflect the notable accomplishments of the three lawyers and the law firm’s sustained commitment to fostering leadership development and recognising merit, dedication and professionalism.

“Philip, Clement and Nadia have all played an important role in the firm’s development and have consistently demonstrated the values that underpin our culture as leading law firm,” he said.

“We are confident they will continue to make a significant contribution to the firm and to our clients.”
