General Manager Josef Cachia will be parting ways with Hal-Far-based pharmaceutical company PharOS MT after four years of employment.
“The experience gained throughout the last four years have definitely shaped me into what I am today. I have been blessed to share such experiences with great colleagues and mentors,” Mr Cachia wrote on social media.
“Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Now, time to take a few days off from life before starting a whole new chapter,” he continued.
Mr Cachia joined PharOS MT in March 2018, after a two-year tenure as Production and Pharm Tech Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
His experience in the local pharmaceutical industry goes further back, having also served as Pharm Tech Department Manager at Allergan and Process support / Validation Manager at Teva / Actavis Generics.
Instead of taking a defensive approach to your workday, try the more deliberate and regimented approach that is time blocking.
He will now assume the role of Executive Chairman, while Dexter Cutajar has been appointed CEO.
He looks back on the past week, acknowledging the need for resilience, appreciating milestones, and getting some much-needed rest.
He takes over from Alejandro Gosttuski, who will now take on the role of an Advisor.
