Gordon Penza has been appointed Head of Growth at Shireburn Software, a company that develops and supports software applications for business.
“We are increasingly focused on delivering integrated, scalable HR and business solutions that support organisations across multiple industries and geographies,” Mr Penza said.
He joined Shireburn Software in October 2024 as a product manager, having previous experience in the fields of communications, marketing, business development, and product management.
“My focus in this new role will be on accelerating that momentum – strengthening our market presence, expanding into new opportunities in Malta and abroad, and ensuring that Indigo People and Indigo Business continue to deliver measurable value to the businesses we serve,” Mr Penza said, describing his aims.
Shireburn was established in 1983, and is located at the SkyParks Business Centre in Luqa. Its core solutions core solutions address accounting, inventory and retail needs of companies as well as the payroll and HR management. Indigo People and Indigo Business are two of its platforms.
There are 197 men and 43 women on these boards, with women making up 17.9% of the total.
