Graziella Axisa has joined Hyatt Regency Malta as Director of Sales & Marketing, marking a new chapter in her senior commercial career spanning multiple regulated and service-led industries.

Announcing the appointment on LinkedIn, Ms Axisa said she was “excited to step into this new chapter” and to work alongside the hotel’s team with a focus on driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting the property’s continued success.

Ms Axisa brings extensive experience in revenue growth, business transformation, and relationship-led commercial strategy across sectors including telecommunications, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and technology. Over the course of her career, she has led multi-channel sales and marketing functions, held full profit-and-loss responsibility, and worked closely with executive teams to expand market presence and strengthen key accounts.

In her new role at Hyatt Regency Malta, Ms Axisa will be focusing on strengthening the hotel’s market positioning, growing its MICE and corporate segments, and building long-term partnerships that align revenue performance with brand standards. Her background includes international exposure across Malta and the UAE, as well as a reputation for collaborative leadership and execution-driven strategy.

Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Malta, Ms Axisa served as a Strategic Commercial Consultant, Chief Commercial Officer at Michael Debono Ltd, and Director of Group Business Development at the Debono Group, where she was involved in driving commercial growth and strategic development across diversified business portfolios.
