Trainer, speaker and strategist Greta Rapinett has formally joined the brand of leadership and customer experience specialist Alex Falzon, marking what both describe as a natural next step after years of collaboration.

Announcing the move, Mr Falzon said the team is now expanding its capacity to deliver leadership development, sales training and coaching to organisations in Malta.

“As from today, we are a team of three. We are so excited to welcome Greta,” he said.

“Greta and I have been collaborating for years and we decided to make it official. Greta is now formally joining the Alex Falzon brand, working alongside us delivering the leadership, customer experience, sales, and coaching work we all believe in.”

Mr Falzon added that her experience and energy would strengthen the team’s work with clients.

“Her knowledge, energy, and expertise are going to be a tremendous addition, both to our team and to every client we serve. This isn’t just a business arrangement – it’s a natural next step for people who’ve always been aligned on what matters most: growing people.”

In her work, Ms Rapinett focuses on helping organisations improve service culture and strengthen human connections within business environments through training, mentoring and consultancy.

“Business is built by people, with people, for people,” she said in her professional profile, noting that she aims to improve Malta’s service culture through training and mentorship.

Her approach is guided by three principles: that knowledge has the greatest value when shared, that people cannot give what they do not have, and that it pays to be memorable.

Through her programmes, she aims to expand people’s capabilities so they can create positive experiences for both colleagues and customers.

“My vision is for organisations and their people to thrive not just on transactions, but on genuine connections and a commitment to growth,” she said.

Within the expanded structure, Ms Rapinett will focus primarily on training and coaching, while the wider team will handle operational and administrative support as the brand continues to grow its programmes and partnerships.
