Sharing her sentiments, Ms Richardson, who loves to travel, says “it’s been so hard during lockdown, and now navigating our way around the ever changing traffic light system, but I made it to Malta and the Hilton Malta was truly magical.”

“All team members couldn’t do enough for the guests in [the] resort,” she added. “So proud to work for Hilton and seeing our hotels do what we do best.”

Ms Richardson, Director of Leisure Sales for the past 8 years, has been a part of the Hilton group for the past 20 years, beginning her career with the international chain as a Sales Manager at Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
