Air Malta’s Executive Chairman David Curmi announced that he was invited by ex-Fortune 100 Executive Daniel Monehin to contribute to his leadership book entitled “The Pragmatic Optimist: Six Proven Strategies for Leading During a Crisis”.
Mr Curmi’s contribution to this book comes in the form of an interview together with six other leaders “who reflect a diversity of professional and personal backgrounds across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.”
Speaking of this experience, Mr Curmi described it as humbling saying that he was “flattered when, towards the tail-end of COVID, [he] was approached by Daniel Monehin to contribute to his leadership book which he had been writing for three years.”
The book also “includes a foreword by Marshall Goldsmith, the #1 New York Times Best Selling Author.”
Mr Curmi’s interview within the book is one out of “10 in-depth interviews with a diverse group of seven leaders across who reflect a diversity of professional and personal backgrounds across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.”
The book is said to have “received glowing reviews and endorsements.”
