Konnekt recruitment agency is celebrating 14 years since its inception, and Chief Executive Officer, Josef Said, who has been at the helm of the company since its first days in 2007, shared a message to mark the occasion.
“What we do here at Konnekt is truly important. It is meaningful to a lot of people,” he said in a video commemorating the milestone. “I am honoured to work here because I collaborate with a truly amazing team. I would like to thank everyone who has been a part of this amazing journey.”
Members of the Konnekt team shared their own experience working at the company, with many describing it as a “second family” and “home away from home”. One team member explained how the company provided her with the opportunity to get back into the world of work after becoming a mother.
Chief Operations Officers, Lara Camilleri also explained that the best thing about working at Konnekt is “the team – it’s an amazing group of people, doing even more amazing things together.”
