Taking to social media to mark a special anniversary, Lara Caruana, Chief Operating Officer at Maltese video production and digital marketing agency VSQUARED, wrote “I’ve spent the last eight years working with a company that I have come to love so much.”

“I can’t wait to see what’s in store for me and the company in the years to come,” she continued, recalling when she first joined.

“With little direct experience in the video production industry when I started my journey with VSQUARED, I was ready to take on the task of focusing on both my personal growth and on the company’s development. I wanted to make the very most of the opportunity I was given,” Ms Caruana explained, and judging by her trajectory within the agency, it would certainly seem she’s achieved that.

“I have now been occupying the role of Chief Operating Officer for more than a year and I can proudly say that, along with our wonderful team and the management, we always work to achieve the best possible results for our clients. We strive to give our all in each and every project we take on, driven by a strong sense of passion and dedication,” she shared, adding playfully, “year number 9️, here I come.”

Ms Caruana joined the company as Production Manager for Gadgets in 2013, moving to the position of Operations Manager within VSQUARED in 2018, before being appointed Chief Operating Officer last year.
