Peter-Jan Grech, Founder and CEO of leading creative agency BRND WGN, is just as keen to head into work every day as he did when he launched what was then a freelance network of creatives 17 years ago.

“I still feel as excited and determined as I did on day one,” he said in a LinkedIn post celebrating BRND WGN’s 17th anniversary since it opened its doors, where he also expressed gratitude for the company’s long and successful journey.

The difference between the initial stages of BRND WGN’s development and where it stands today, he noted, is that “today I am surrounded by great partners, colleagues and collaborators who make the journey even more exhilarating.”

“I’m still learning and still being inspired.”

He added that he is “ever so grateful to work with so many talented creatives and strategists for brands and leaders who really want to change the world for the better.”

Initially set up as a freelance network of creatives, BRND WGN has grown from a two-person enterprise into a 30-strong team spanning Malta and London.

The company boasts a vast portfolio of clients, including a number of local industry stalwarts, such as GasanMamo, Simonds Farsons Cisk, GO, and Marsovin.
