Recruitment Director Krysta Muscat on Tuesday announced that she has bid farewell to Connections Group after 12 years.

Ms Muscat acknowledged that it is “time to say goodbye” to all her “super colleagues” at the recruitment group. “You have been the main reason for my loyalty! Thank you all for shaping me into who I am today,” she said, before adding that it has been an “absolute honour” to work with them.

“While this chapter comes to a close, here’s to saying ‘hello’ to the new adventures that await,” she added. She concluded by urging people to “watch this space”, as it is about to “get exciting”.

Connections Group is comprised of Betting Connections and SpotOn Connections, with the former specialising in iGaming recruitment, while the latter was established to offer international recruitment solutions and career consultancy for all industries across Europe. The group has five offices and over 15 teams and 60 recruiters, with team members hailing from all parts of the globe.

Ms Muscat first joined as Recruitment Consultant, before she was then promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant. Just three months later, she was named Recruitment Team Leader and then Recruitment Manager. Prior to her most recent role at Connections Group, she served as Head of Recruitment for four years.

Aside from her time at the group, she also had experiences as Malta Showroom Manager at The Rug Company and In-House Recruiter at Northway Group of Companies, among other positions at other firms.

Francesca Camilleri, Recruitment Consultant at Connections Group, commented that it was a “pleasure” to learn from Ms Muscat, before thanking her for everything. “I have no doubt you will excel in this new adventure,” she added.

Another one of her former colleagues, Marinela Toth, who is Recruitment Team Leader at the group, also thanked her for everything, and wished her “the very best” on her next “adventure”.
