Michael J. Zammit, Joint Owner and Director at Malta Sotheby’s International Realty (Malta SIR), took to social media to celebrate the company’s ninth anniversary.

“Already nine years since we launched Malta Sotheby’s Realty – dream team,” Mr Zammit captioned a series of team photos.

Launched on the Maltese islands in 2013, Malta SIR focuses on servicing the luxury high-end residential and commercial property market in Malta.

The company provides clients – both foreign and local – with full turn-key real estate services, assistance in immigration and relocation services, and guidance throughout the buying or selling process, amongst other things.

Mr Zammit, who also serves as CEO of the CSB Group (Malta SIR’s parent company), sits at the company’s helm with Joint Owner and Director Roger Strickland.

CSB Group was established in 1987 and offers diverse yet specialised business solutions and commercial services to a vast portfolio of corporate and private clients seeking to setup or relocate to Malta.

Amongst other things, the group provides clients with corporate services, iGaming services, accounting services, and regulated financial services.
