Jonathan Dalli

The Concept Stadium CEO Jonathan Dalli has listed three questions that every CEO has to quiz themselves on to attract more young talent.

In a blog post released earlier this month, he recalled various experiences that the marketing agency had in employing students in internship or junior-level positions, aimed at helping both the company and the employees themselves grow and become a “better version of themselves”.

He remarked that if a company is struggling to attract young talent, then “it might be time for an internal assessment to see exactly why this is happening”. He proceeded to pose three questions that CEOs need to ask themselves to start this process.

First, he noted that CEOs have to ask: “What is my company doing to build success stories for all individuals within it?”

Mr Dalli added that they also need to see whether they “truly know” their employees and “what their aspirations in life” are.

Lastly, he highlighted how CEOs also have to question whether they are allowing a space for team members to “grow both professionally but also as human beings”.

He explained that once these three questions have been answered, they should then proceed to ask themselves and “most importantly” their team members what they can do to change the company’s culture.

He concluded by saying: “Every business can offer an environment that hones success stories for each team member. My question to you would be: Are you ready to provide it?”

Mr Dalli co-founded The Concept Stadium with the late Jonathan Chetcuti in 2010, and has led the creative marketing agency as CEO since. Aside from having the responsibility of leading a team of professionals and creatives, he also offers consultation on marketing strategy for a number of business concerns, as well as local and international brands.
