Malta-based  international B2B live casino provider Eeze has announced two senior leadership appointments as it continues to strengthen its executive team in line with its growth strategy.

Kurt Vella has been named Chief Legal Officer, where he will lead the company’s legal and compliance function on a global level.

At the same time, Shaun Cini has been promoted to Vice President of Finance, a role in which he will continue supporting strategic decision-making and the company’s financial direction.

The appointments form part of a broader leadership reshuffle that also saw Aarti Carl take on the role of Chief People Officer, as Eeze places increased emphasis on organisational culture and employee experience.

Commenting on the changes, CEO Lai Fatt Chiang said the appointments highlight both the depth of internal talent and the company’s focus on building a leadership structure capable of supporting continued expansion.
