LifeStar Group is appointing Jonathan Camilleri as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), subject to regulatory approval.

A familiar face within the organisation, Mr Camilleri first joined LifeStar in September 2014.

Over the past decade, he has held several senior roles, including Head of Operations and Life Operations Manager, before being appointed Chief Operations Officer of the Company and its regulated subsidiary, LifeStar Health Insurance Agency Limited (LHIA).

He also sits on the Board of Directors of LHIA, contributing to the group’s strategic direction in health insurance.

This transition follows the departure of Alessio Germani, who no longer serves in the role of CEO with effect from 4th September 2025. The Board of Directors thanked Mr Germani for his service and wished him every success in the future.
