Louise Ellul

High-Performance Coach Louise Ellul was named MOC Practitioner with the Malta Olympic Committee.

Sharing her appointment on LinkedIn, Ms Ellul remarked that there is a deep joy in watching people transform – overcoming obstacles, finding their flow, and unlocking their highest potential.

Ms Ellul specialises in enhancing corporate well-being and productivity through flow neuroscience and optimal human performance strategies. The concept of flow science, or the act of flow-state, is when one is in an optimal state of mind, commonly known as being “in the zone.”

“Looking back, my journey began with curiosity and a drive to overcome my own obstacles. I spent countless hours     testing, refining, and training,” she said, adding that for years she woke up at 4 am to grow and pass on what she’s learned.

Ms Ellul commented that today, she is honoured to be guiding others through their own transformations. Supporting Olympians in reaching flow states, by using evidence-based methods to eliminate blocks and build resilience – gives her pride and purpose.

“Beyond sports, I’m excited to bring these insights to corporate leaders who push their boundaries every day. Flow states aren’t just for athletes – they’re for anyone ready to break limits and reach new heights,” she concluded.

The Malta Olympic Committee was established in 1928 as an authority on matters relating to Malta’s representation at all games falling under the jurisdiction of the International Olympic Committee,

Its aim is also to encourage, promoting and funding of Maltese participation in the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, Games of the Small States of Europe and Mediterranean Games, among others.
