Lucienne Attard Zammit has been appointed Chief Operations Officer of Malta Properties plc.

Ms Attard Zammit has been with the company since its listing on the Malta Stock Exchange in 2015. She currently holds the position of Commercial and Corporate Affairs Manager and also serves as Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO.

Over the years, she has played a central role in managing relationships across the company’s ecosystem, liaising with agents, tenants and prospective clients, while overseeing the marketing of vacant properties for lease or sale. She has also led engagement with shareholders and key stakeholders, including stockbrokers, the Malta Stock Exchange and the Malta Financial Services Authority, contributing to transparency and accountability in the company’s operations.

Her responsibilities have further included the planning, coordination and management of the company’s annual general meeting, as well as broader corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Malta Properties plc, Ms Attard Zammit worked as Assistant to the Managing Director of one of Malta’s largest distribution and logistics companies, where she was responsible for human resources, operations and office management.

She holds Diplomas in Management Competence and Professional Secretary from the Malta Institute of Management and Thomson Education Direct.

In her new role as Chief Operations Officer, Ms Attard Zammit will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operational functions.

Malta Properties plc is a publicly listed property investment and management company focused on acquiring, developing and managing commercial real estate assets in Malta, with a portfolio that includes a number of landmark office properties.
