Pharmacare Finance plc has announced the appointment of Malcolm Falzon as its new Company Secretary, effective 30th October 2025.

Dr Falzon, who serves as Partner at Camilleri Preziosi Advocates, succeeds Emma Blake, whose resignation from the post was announced earlier this year.

He specialises in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, fintech, insurance and pensions and gaming and gambling law.

The company clarified that a prior reference in its Financial Analysis Summary indicating that Finco Trust Services Limited had assumed the role of company secretary was made in error.

Pharmacare Finance plc forms part of the wider Pharmacare Group, which operates within Malta’s pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
