Marc Berghoff has joined Vistage Malta as one of its Chairs, forming part of “a hand-picked, elite group of accomplished business leaders,” that help executives navigate challenges.
With over six years of HR experience and a Master of Science in Psychology, Mr Berghoff is a certified coach and founder of HX solutions. He specialises in enhancing leadership, communication, and culture in SMEs.
His ethos is to help founders, and their leaders create inspiring, high-performance teams and thriving company cultures.
A Vistage Chair forms peer advisory groups of high-caliber businesses leaders from non-competing industries. Each month, Chairs facilitate candid, confidential, roundtable discussions about the most pressing business and leadership decisions.
Mr Berghoff will soon begin the selection process for his new CEO peer advisory group, through which he will be providing “invaluable insights, support, and strategic guidance from fellow leaders who share a common goal.”
Vistage was founded in 1957 by Bob Nourse who gathered six business leaders from non-competing industries around a table to help solve each other’s problems. In 2012, Nathan Farrugia expanded his business connections and joined the Academy for Chief Executives and eventually the CEO of Inspire where he met Peter Yeoman, a Gibraltar-based chair and owner of the Vistage Gibraltar branch.
After leaving Inspire in 2015, Mr Farrugia set up his own business and purchased the Vistage franchise from Peter Yeoman and in 2018 he rebranded and set an increasing presence in Malta.
