Michael Bonello Alliance

Michael Bonello, CEO at local real estate agency Alliance, won the ‘Best Real Estate CEO of the Year’ title at the Malta Real Estate, Property, and Development Awards 2021.

The ceremony, which took place last week, also saw Mr Bonello’s company take home the awards for ‘Best Real Estate Agency’, ‘Best Real Estate Professional of the Year’, ‘Best Real Estate and Property Agency’, and ‘Best Property Agency of the Year’.

Winners were chosen by a panel of judges made up of Carmel Cuschieri, Charles C. Wallbank, Vera Sant Fournier, Keith Fitzpatrick, Marisa Said, and Amber Wismayer. The six judges all came from differing backgrounds such as engineering, finance, interior design, and architecture.

Mr Bonello runs Alliance – one of the island’s newest real estate agencies – together with his partners Paul Sammut, Gordon Valentino, Angelo D’Arrigo, Mario Gauci, Aidan Xuereb, Fabien Debono, Jay Jay Micallef, Brian Magri, Dylan Micallef, and Francois Spagnol.

Describing the company’s vision, Mr Bonello said that “[Alliance is] affirming everything we’ve been doing right in the past and ramping it up to a higher quality level for the benefit of our clients and our team.”

The Real Estate, Property, and Development Awards have been created as part of the ongoing business awards programme in Malta by Dynamic Events.
