Natasha Pace has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of M&Z plc, a local company specialising in importation, distribution, and marketing of products for the retail and catering industry.

Ms Pace has been working at the company for over two decades and this experience has equipped her with a unique combination of skills that make her “an invaluable asset to the company.”

Announcing the appointment through the Malta Stock Exchange, the company remarked that her “in-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences, coupled with her proven ability to develop pricing strategies that maximise profitability and maintain competitiveness, have consistently positioned the company as a leader in the industry.”

In her new role, Ms Pace will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s commercial strategy, with a primary focus on pricing optimisation, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that the company continues to provide value to its customers.

The Board and company management have expressed full confidence that under her guidance, the company will “solidify its market presence and continue adding value for its stakeholders.”
