KaFe Rocks Group, an iGaming affiliate company based in St Julian’s, has announced ‘Rocketeer Reset Day’ – a full day off for all employees, paid by the company, “to be used to refresh, unwind and reset. No one should be at work or checking their emails or even thinking about work.”

Commenting on the initiative, company CEO, Simon Pilkington, says he is “very excited to see this and super happy to be able to thank our Rocketeers in this way.”

“It’s a small gesture but one that is much deserved and a reminder that it’s totally cool to take a day out for yourself and reset. As I told everyone when we announced it internally, I’m hoping we break records with the lack of activity within the company on the day!”

Mr Pilkington adds, “I’ve been incredibly proud of how everyone has kept striving to keep [KaFe Rocks Group] as great as possible over the last 18 months – our Rocketeers never fail to blow me away with their talent and application.”

The company encouraged its employees to “spend your whole day reading books, hit the beach or go on a long walk through the countryside. Whatever you do – enjoy it, because it’s your day.”

The initiative is part of KaFe Rocks’ recognition of the struggles everyone has faced over the past year and an effort to boost the wellbeing of its employees.

Rocketeer Reset Day is also a way for the company “to say thank you – for all the great achievements, continued people growth, new ways of working, structures and processes evolving. We’re grateful to everyone for making KaFeRocks as good as it can be.”
