Alliance Real Estate Group announced the appointment of Paul Mifsud as its Head of Lettings, effective immediately.

According to a press release, Mr Mifsud has over 23 years of experience spanning the catering, hospitality, and real estate sectors in both Malta and France.

“His experience in heading the lettings division at one of Malta’s largest estate agencies and his diverse expertise across multiple industries, are expected to play a pivotal role in further strengthening Alliance Group’s leadership in Malta’s letting market,” it added.

Since its establishment in 2022, Alliance Lettings has rapidly expanded its operations, now comprising over 200 letting advisors operating from 30 branches across Malta and Gozo.

Mr Mifsud was officially welcomed during a management meeting of the Lettings Division, where Alliance CEO Michael Bonello expressed his confidence in Mr Mifsud’s ability to lead the division to new heights.

Mr Bonello highlighted the company’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and expertise in the rental market and wished Mifsud success in his new leadership role.
