“Our people are the heart of our success. Every day, they demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and teamwork in ways that truly make a difference – to our clients, our operations, and to one another,” said Elton Debattista, General Manager of G4S Malta.

Speaking during the company’s HIGH Five Awards ceremony, an internal initiative celebrating exceptional performance across the organisation, he added that the awards are a way of saying thank you and celebrating employees who exemplify the company’s values through their actions.

The event, held at the company’s headquarters within the KDM Academy, was attended by General Manager Elton Debattista and Chief People Officer John Muscat Drago, who presented awards to team members for their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to service excellence.

Employees were commended for actions that reflected G4S Malta’s core values, including calm responses during a medical emergency at Malta International Airport, maintaining composure in demanding night shifts and ensuring company vehicles were kept to high operational standards.

KDM Group has recently evolved from an investment holding company into a fully integrated corporate group, delivering essential services across multiple sectors, including aviation, banking, healthcare, security, transport, mobility, enforcement, networks, and AI-driven digital and cyber security.

Its portfolio spans companies such as G4S Security Services, airport ground handling through Aviaserve and Aviaworks, mobility services including ctPark, ctCharge, and Whizascoot, and travel brands under the Top 3 Travel cluster, which features FCM, Stellina’s Holidays, Travel Mall and others.
