Premier Restaurants Malta Ltd Managing Director Peter Hili is succeeding Tomasz Nawrocki as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Premier Capital.
Mr Nawrocki resigned from said position with effect from 1st June 2022 to take up another senior management role within Hili Ventures.
In taking on the role of Premier Capital COO, Mr Hili will retain his current role as Managing Director of Premier Restaurants Malta.
Premier Capital plc is the developmental licencee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania.
The company presently employs around 9,000 workers and owns a network of 167 restaurants – more than half of which are McDrives.
Premier Capital is part of conglomerate Hili Ventures, which also owns 1923 Investments, Hili Properties, HV Hospitality, HV Marine, Hili Finance, and Cobalt.
