Peter Perotti, an experienced worker in the local finance sphere, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director at Lombard Bank.
The appointment is subject to regulatory approval. Mr Perotti shall hold office until the bank’s next Annual General Meeting and shall be eligible for re-election.

Mr Perotti succeeds the late Michael Zammit, who passed away on 3rd February 2022.
The newly appointed Non-Executive Director will also serve as a Member on Lombard Bank’s Audit & Risk Committee and Suitabilities & Evaluations Committee.
Mr Perotti has served in the financial services industry for over forty years, having worked with the Bank of Valletta Group from 1979 until his retirement in 2020. During this period, he occupied various roles, including Chief Officer Retail Banking and Chief Officer Fund Business.
Mr Perotti currently occupies other Non-Executive Directorship positions.
The iGaming executive takes on the new role after three years at Neatplay, where she served as Chief Commercial Officer.
