Local professional services firm PwC Malta has appointed long-standing employee Konrad Borg as its Director.
Mr Borg announced the news on social media.

The newly appointed Director has been an employee at the firm since 1999. Throughout the past 23 years, he’s served as Assistant Manager, Senior Manager – Assurance, and most recently, Director.
Mr Borg graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) in Accounting and Business / Management from the University of Malta back in 1999.
His particular areas of expertise include International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), auditing, financial accounting, lecturing, and financial reporting.
Mr Borg also holds auditing experience across a number of industries, namely hospitality, retailing, aviation, property development, manufacturing, and iGaming.
PwC Malta – a part of the international PwC network – employs over 660 people from 28 different countries.
He said the investment is necessary if MIA is to remain among Europe’s leading airports
