Roseanne Grech on Monday shared that she has been named Chief People Officer at G4S Malta.

Her new role comes after she served as Head of Human Resources (HR) at the security company for over a year, having first been appointed to the role in June 2022.

Prior to that, she worked in HR-related roles at Medilink International and RS2 plc. Ms Grech’s experience also includes work in administration and customer service.

She holds a Master of Science in Management, HR Management and Personnel Administration from University of Chester, together with a Diploma in Work in HR from University of Malta, among other qualifications.

G4S Malta describes itself as Malta’s “leading integrated security company”, and forms part of G4S Limited, a multinational private security company that is headquartered in the United Kingdom. G4S forms part of Allied Universal, an American private security and staffing company.
