STEVE ELLUL

The Growth Bully Founder and CEO Stephen Ellul celebrated his 25th birthday last week, along with almost two years since he founded the marketing agency.

Over the last few days, he reflected on the “wild and exciting times” within both his professional and personal life, leading to him listing 25 things he is grateful for. While he released the first 12 last week, he topped off the list with the remaining 13 on Monday.

He started off by expressing gratitude to the people around him and the “unwavering support” they have shown him.

He added that he is grateful for having the chance to work on what “inspires” and “excites” him, with this also allowing him to connect with people on a “deeper level”. Mr Ellul said that he has been able to learn every single day, while also staying positive.

Time management and a work-life balance have been at the forefront of his life in recent years, and he has maintained them by having some “time alone in nature” and establishing his own “safe space”. He has also sought to give back to the community, while also following his passion.

He said that he is grateful for “being true” to himself and others, and acknowledged that “every day is a challenge”, yet he is “ready” to face each one.

Mr Ellul also voiced his gratitude at his ability to stay true to his values, work in teams and adapt to change, as well as being creative and innovative. Additionally, he was also thankful for being able to find a “strong support system” and also “joy outside of work”.

He also reflected on the opportunities he has faced, having to take “calculated risks”, while also having good mental, physical, and emotional health. In recent years he has been able to travel, establish “meaningful connections”, and also express himself through art.

Mr Ellul remarked that he is grateful for each day and that he is “living life to the fullest”. He concluded his reflections by adding that he is “ready for the journey ahead”.

He founded The Growth Bully in 2021 with the aim to utilise his experience in marketing, events, social media, and business development to assist businesses and brands connect with their customers and grow their sales through B2B and B2C marketing activations. The team has since grown and now services over 65 clients across various industries, including medical aesthetics, reproductive health, hospitality, fitness, e-commerce, and real estate, among others.

Prior to founding the firm, he worked as Marketing Executive at Planet Hollywood International for over a year, and was also Marketing and Design Executive at AppleCore Foods Ltd for more than two years. His career also includes experiences as Web Content Creator at V Squared Media and Gadgets.
