Local education and training consultancy firm Edu Alliance is partnering with the National Olympic Committe (NOC) to enable the latter to better tap into European Union funding opportunities.
A memorandum of understanding between the Centre for Sport Excellence (CSE) – an Edu Alliance project – and the NOC was signed by Edu Alliance CEO Martin Borg and NOC President Julian Pace Bonello.
“We are delighted to have been chosen by such a prestigious entity as is the Maltese Olympic Committee, who have put their trust in our expertise to assist in the professional delivery of consultancy services which will enable them to benefit from previously untapped sources of funding” explained Mr Borg.
“The Maltese Olympic Committee welcomes such collaboration and we look forward to having this signing translated in tangible results both for the MOC and its affiliated member federations.” remarked Mr Pace Bonello.
As part of the agreement, the NOC and its various federations will be given professional support to prepare detailed proposals for projects they would want to implement but lack the necessary funding.
