eeetwell founder Ammar Soltan inaugurated the food chain’s 20th outlet in Malta by promising that the company is “just getting started.”
The new Fgura outlet is operated by franchise partners David Scerri and Jean Paul Cauchi, marking their second franchise under the eeetwell brand. According to Mr Soltan, the growth of individual franchisees reflects the company’s approach to business expansion through local partnerships.
“Seeing them grow alongside the brand has been incredibly rewarding,” Mr Soltan said in a LinkedIn post.
He noted that more than half of eeetwell’s 20 Maltese outlets are run by local franchisees, describing this as a reflection of the company’s “commitment to empowering Maltese entrepreneurs and building a brand that’s both local at heart and global in vision.”
The new Spring 2025 menu features seasonal ingredients and updated recipes. According to Mr Soltan, the focus is on “nourishment, energy, and joy.”
The launch event in Fgura brought together team members, partners, and members of the local community. In his post, the Founder thanked staff across all locations for their role in the brand’s continued growth: “Your dedication and passion are the reason we keep growing.”
eeetwell has steadily expanded since its founding, with operations now spanning multiple countries. The company’s model combines health-focused menu offerings with a franchise approach that emphasises local ownership.
