Founder-CEO Peter Grech took to social media to celebrate 16 years of Mriehel-based branding and marketing firm BRND WGN.

Founded in 2006 as a freelance network of creatives and strategists, BRND WGN has since witnessed intense growth which has thus helped it develop into a full-service agency and consultancy.

“Overwhelming. That’s what comes to mind when I think of the last 16 years of BRND WGN. What a journey it has been,” Mr Grech began.

“I am overwhelmingly grateful to each and every opportunity that has come our way, for every client, for every brief, for every feedback loop, for every approval as well as every change, for every win and for every loss, for every brand we co-created, every entrepreneur we supported, for every charity that allowed us to strengthen their cause

“But most of all,” the CEO added, “for every wagoneer that has jumped on board and made the journey more exhilarating.”

Mr Grech stands at the helm of BRND WGN together with Gareth Sciberras (Partner and CFO), Kris Vella Petroni (Partner and COO), and Chris Knights (Partner and Head of People).

The company boasts a vast portfolio of clients – each of which have been serviced through a wide array of means, be it animation, app development, branding, video production, or web design, amongst others.

The company’s portfolio of clients includes a number of local industry stalwarts, such as GasanMamo, Simonds Farsons Cisk, GO, and Marsovin.

“Like every other business, the last three years have been extremely challenging to work through, but when I look at who we have become today, past the punches and the knocks, and as we start to unravel the next big chapter of the WGN, I am overwhelmingly excited about our new vision for the future,” Mr Grech wrote.

“We remain committed to continue to innovate for ourselves and the industry, as well as to inspire and empower the next generation as they lead the evolution of things to come in pursuit of brand excellence,” he added.

The CEO went on to thank his fellow Partners – Mr Vella Petroni, Mr Knights, and Mr Sciberras – his employees, family and friends, “without whom this would have never been more than just another idea.”
