Xara Collection CEO Thomas Agius Ferrante showered his team with praise following a particularly  impressive performance in this year’s Michelin Guide.

Two Xara Collection restaurants – Rosami, led by chef Davide Marcon, and De Mondion, led by chef Clint Grech – retained their Michelin stars.

Medina, led by Luke Camilleri, maintained its Michelin Plate.

“It was particularly special for Davide to earn his first star – a superb milestone in his culinary journey,” Mr Agius Ferrante remarked in comments to MaltaCEOs.mt.

Miljan Radonjic of de Mondion was awarded the Sommelier Award, while Rosami’s Front of House Team led by restaurant manager Giorgi Gordeladze and supported by F&B Director Charlo Cachia, took home the Service Award.

“These accomplishments reflect the passion, expertise and unwavering dedication of our entire team,” Mr Agius Ferrante said.

“Creating exceptional experiences for our guests remains at the core of everything we do, and this recognition will help us re-energise our commitment to the pursuit of excellence.”
