Harvest Technology plc on Wednesday announced the appointment of Yasmine Aquilina as Non-Executive Director.
Aside from her new role, she is also Head of Privacy at Hili Ventures Limited, the majority shareholder of Harvest Technology’s parent company, 1923 Investments plc. Dr Aquilina first joined Hili Ventures as Data Protection Officer in 2019 and was named Head of Privacy at the start of 2023.
She is a qualified lawyer by profession, and served as Advocate at GVZH Advocates for almost two years.
Dr Aquilina holds a Doctor of Laws and a Diploma Notary Public, both from University of Malta, as well as a qualification in European Constitutional Law from University of Perugia.
