Ludwig Farrugia has been appointed as General Manager (Maltese Islands) at short-stays property management company Zzzing.

“Driving a new era of hospitality in the Maltese Islands,” he shared on LinkedIn.

“Leading the transformation of stays through smart technology, seamless remote guest experiences, and people-driven excellence. At the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of how hospitality is delivered,” he concluded.

Last January, Mr Farrugia was appointed Area Director of Sales and Marketing with the Malta Cluster of Corinthia Hotels, after joining in October 2024 as Hotel Operations Manager.

Prior to that, he was a Franchise Owner at Ben Estates Exceed – St Julians, Swieqi and Gozo, Director and Franchise owner at Re/MAX Lettings, Affiliates and Commercial among other experiences in the real estate business.

He was also the CEO and Founder of Inside Homes Malta, a condominium and property management company.

In addition to his experience in the property market, he served as a manager at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Le Meridien as well as Corinthia Hotels International.
