Alliance Real Estate Malta Chief People Officer Frank Borg on Monday emphasised the role that a positive mindset has on working towards and fulfilling goals and milestones.

Mr Borg, who is also a Freelance Sales Trainer and Coach, made reference to a quote which reads: “Think doubt and fail. Think victory and win!”

He noted that this way of thinking “encapsulates the power of mindset in achieving anything worthwhile”.

Given the dynamism of today’s business world, business leaders constantly face new challenges on a daily basis. Having the mindset to surpass such challenges effectively can have a lasting effect on the business, and may inspire other team members in the long run to overcome difficulties.

“When we think doubt and uncertainty, we inadvertently set ourselves up for failure, as our thoughts shape our actions,” Mr Borg said.

In contrast to this, when one adopts a “mindset of victory” and envisions success, they are channelling their energies towards “positive outcomes”.

“It’s a reminder that our thoughts influence our reality, emphasising the importance of cultivating a positive and confident outlook to conquer challenges and achieve our goals,” he concluded.

Mr Borg has worked as Chief People Officer at Alliance Real Estate Malta for more than three years. He is also a Sales Trainer, Coach, and Keynote Speaker on a freelance basis, delivering training on sales, customer service, time management, goals, and public speaking. He has extensive experience in the human resources and business development areas, and attended college in Bath, UK and Oklahoma, US.
