BNF Bank plc’s Board of Directors on Tuesday announced that Michael Collis, the bank’s CEO and Managing Director has advised the board of his wish to retire at the end of 2022.

Mr Collis has occupied his current position at BNF Bank for over five years. The BNF Bank Board offered its sincere thanks and gratification to Mr Collis for his exceptional service throughout the past five years at the helm of the bank, leading it to become one of the main financial institutions in Malta.

In view of this decision, the Board of Directors have also announced the appointment of David R. Power as the bank’s new CEO starting on 1st January 2023. This appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

Mr Power brings with him extensive experience in the banking industry from several reputable jurisdictions.
