Godwin Caruana

Harvest Technology CEO and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Godwin Caruana has tendered his resignation from the company and its group of companies (Harvest Group), effective immediately.

Dr Caruana is also resigning from his role as Director of the subsidiaries of the company.

Harvest Technology accepted Mr Caruana’s resignation with immediate effect and thanked him for his services and commitment to the company and Harvest Group over the years.

The Harvest Group of companies is made up of leading system integrator PTL, automation solution provider APCO, and payment platform ApcoPay.

Since March 2019, Dr Caruana had been serving as Director at APCO and PTL.

The outgoing CEO-CTO will be succeeded by Harvest Technology Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Chris Fenech, who will take on the role of interim CEO.

Harvest Technology’s board will make further announcements on the permanent appointment of a CEO in due course.
